yeah, but it is definately louder with the window down like belcha03 said. I thought it was the tranny at first until I shut off my fan and then it went away completely. Is there a fix for it? I don't know, I just live with it. You could try changing the belt, but I have heard that only solves it for a little while. The belt chirp is most common at shutdown. the only other thing I could think is maybe one of the idler wheels going bad, but I wouldn't think it would go away once the climate control was shut off.
