Ryan starting to drop the factory u-bolts getting ready to install the new 4" fabricated lift blocks and new longer u-bolts.
The front end is pretty much finished up in this pic.
This truck is a crew cab long bed so it has a 2 piece rear drive line. On a truck with a 2 piece drive line you must drop the carrier bearing to reduce the u-joint working angles, reducing the chance of a vibration when lifting the rear of the truck.
RBP wheels wrapped with Toyo 37x13.50x20 Mud's.
Justin needs to get out of my shot

Here is a pic of the new Cognito HD long travel helper air bags and Firestone auto leveling system. This package is the "weld on" version. For 3500's the axle bump stop pads are larger and you must cut them off and use the weld on version. This version kit is also great for custom rear axle set ups. The "Bolt On" version will be the more common used kit for guys running large size lifts and needing a helper bag kit that will not bind or over stretch when the suspension is traveling between it's full stroke.
Here is Ryan cutting off the factory 3500 axle bump stop pad.
What they look like before getting cut off.
