| I understand that the duramax does not have a throttle body, hense the "intake insert"clarification, that is just what Airaid is calling it for people who don't know any better. I just wanted to know if it was a joke or a valid power maker for a diesel.
P.S. The poweraid throttle body spacer on my 96' 1 ton with a 5.7L made increase of 6.4 RW HP@ 4200RPM, and about 9 ft lbs of torque @ 2700RPM. That was because I all ready had many other mods done, but it does help on a naturally aspirated engine.
