You will have to install the thermocouple into the manifold, that is probably the most touchy part. Some mount it in exhaust right after turbo and do not seem to have any problems and it is safer, do not have to worry about metal shavings. The other fun part is getting the wires through the boot once you cut it. I pushed a piece of harwire through the slice first and then taped the wires to it and pulled them through. Other then that, it is a piece of cake. I run mine on 5 almost all the time, mpg was 3 to 4 mpg until I went to 285 tires and then it went down. Been thinking about going to 265 seems to improve some with them. Have fun and post if you have questions!
