I've had the Banks Six Gun with PDA in my 01 LB7 and I love the thing, you'll never need a diagnostic tool again, I'm also running the Banks Monster Dual 4" exhaust and I get roughly 25-28MPG on the highway and 18-20 in the city, make sure you run some dialectic grease around your 24 and 36 pin connectors, the banks stuff isnt weather proof and that will keep the moisture out
