| Sounds like a bad injector, but also could be a bad fuel pressure regulator valve, fuel pump going bad or even a dirty fuel filter, but injectors are some what of a common problem on the early dmaxes. Have you ever had the injectors replaced in the 101k on the truck, if not you are extreemly lucky!! There is a extended warenty on the injectors on the 01 & 02 engines, 200,000 miles IIRC!
