Ok I changed the fuel filter and it didnt totally fix the problem, a buddy at work suggested I get some MAF sensor cleaner and clean my MAF and boy was he right the sensor was brown and nasty as soon as I put it back on and started the truck she never ran so good and now she has more power than before.
