| Had the same thing happen to me in April. Pulled over, checked it out started back up and no light.
Last week, it acted up again with the service light coming on and the tranny acting funny.
Pulled over, let it sit and drove from Phx to LA no problem whatsoever.
Following day, same problem. Limped it back to Chevy and my tranny is dust. Said it burnt up. $4200 later, I wish I woulda thought more about the Service light in April.
Hardly ever tow with it and used Valv Dex/Merc ATF to change all fluids back in Oct. Hope that didnt do it. |
