| I actually have had the edge unplugged for about 2 weeks due to the truck randomly shutting off and giving me a crank sensor malfunction. since ive done this the truck has been running perfect and edge says they will take the module and see if they can fix the problem.
as for the oil it doesnt seem like it has any fuel in it, ive done the paper towel test and compared to my wifes yukon oil and they seem to look about the same no halo around the oil.
earlier in the day i had gone to the station and got some diesel and noticed the fuel truck delivering a supply of diesel, when i removed my filter i turned it upside down in a glass jar and a bunch of crap and water came out of it, could i have gotten trash in the injectors?
I ran the truck a little while ago and it seems like its running a little better, dont see hardly any more smoke and i now am able to start relatively easier but it still idles pretty rough..
My father-in-law is a helicopter pilot/mechanic and he says it looks like a stuck injector to maybe keep running it and it may dilodge whatever may be keeping it stuck.
should i run it or is there maybe another alternative to get trash out of the injectors?
