Thanks again. I did not have to take the panel off, just lossen it enongh to get my hand behind it. The wiring for the power mirrors ran down one of the support members inside the panel too the power switch on the arm rest. I had to unplug the wires and dissconnect three wire holders. And there were three screws and one trim plug holding the panels on. Thanks again for the help.
