I run 285 75 R16's on stock wheels. They clear everything just fine and you don't need to trim anything. You also wouldn't need to do an alignment if you didn't mess with the torsion bars, that changes the ride adversely IMO. Just change the tires and your on the road. I'm using the Falken's, awesome tire!
I couldn't stand the rear end being so HIGH so I got Belltech 3" drop shackles. It rides like it should and looks great!

The other option is torsion Keys but you narrow the front track and I've never been a fan. I would do the rear shackle any day and it only cost $100 through Summit, part # 6403. Easy install as well....
