Yuo have a great attitude, probably a bit better than mine! Sorry you are getting stuck in the middle between my comments and the comments of others! I know I have been a little agressive in the defense of the DM, but I cant help myself. It makes me defenseive when folks come here to bad mouth the duramax and GM. (I am NOT talking about you) I have spent time on forums for the other two brands, (while trying to fix my dads trucks) when I am there, I dont talk down to folks who prefer Fords or Dodges, that is just not right.
In the past I have owned a Dodge Cummins, my dad has owned 3 one of which he still owns.
I do have issues with Dodge concerning the 90 Dodge I used to have. I dont like to admit that the Dodge is a good truck but it is. If GM didnt make the DM and I didnt still hold a grudge I might consider buying one.
Still I can not understand why Dodge has not addressed the troublesome VP injection pump (and stock lift pumps) after all of these years.
