| Since someone brought up the EGT's on the LLY, I need to get some serious input.
My buddy "had" an 04 LLY with an Edge. On setting "1" his EGT's were up in the 1400+ range pulling a 32' 5'er up the passes in CO. He had to pull over a few times to let it cool down. On the way home, he set the programmer back to factory settings hoping it would run cooler. It helped a little but still ran hot. He ended up trading the 04 for the LBZ 06.
That said, does anyone have the EGT temps of the LBZ running stock programming? Also, does anyone have the EGT's with programming and pulling a load? If so, please state the temps/programmer and setting.
Before he buys a programmer, he's curious if the LBZ has the overheating and excessive EGT's the LLY had. Any input would be greatly appreciated. |
