I have Garmin Nuvi 200 wide screen and regular. When I first saw them I thought they where a waste of money but now Im real happy with them. I take it in the city and it doesnt take you down the wrong way on one way streets or anything. It saved my butt a few times already!
Now one not. Im not sure about other brands but you cant 100% rely on it. I was going to a race in virginia which there are really no highways near the race. Anyways I went there a few times before and got confused with the map directions so I figured Id let the Garmin do the work. Let me tell you Ill NEVER do that again! It took me down a road where Id go up a mountain down a mountain 3 f'n times! I started getting worried when I went through a "town" which consisted of 3 trailers and a double wide... I swear to you I heard bandjo's plyin!
I thought Id either need brakes or a trany when I got there!
