| Hmm thats weird. How many miles are on your truck? Do you have anything done to it? If your getting a low fuel rail pressure than it has to be something in the fuel system. Maybe you got a bad batch of fuel. But you say it doesnt do it when it warms up a bit? Could also be a fuel pump. I think there is a air heater grid in the intake but nothing for the fuel.
