Draining and dropping the pan, replacing the sump pump filter:
Allison Internal Filter
and the spin on filter:
Allison External Spin On Filter
you will then need approximately 10-10.5 quarts replacement. System total, including TC is 22 quarts.

There is a way to flush the system totally by utilizing the fluid cooler return line to drain with the system pump, this is a two man job for the more experienced.
