I installed an Aux tank setup from Transfer Flow. A bit pricey, but it works great. The fuel stock gauge shows the level of both tanks automatically, the aux system keeps the OEM tank matching the aux. Full automatic transfer of the fuel.

No switch to throw, no need to remember to watch the fuel gauge during the transfer process. The whole process happens under a positive control, with no worrys about leaks, etc.

I can carry 76 Gal. At 19 MPG I think I can make Denver from Chicago on 1 fill. I will find out in 2 weeks.

Cons:

Just need to figure a way to keep paying for fuel at 4.89/gal.
Now I need to figure out the way to eliminate potty stops.
Also, with a soft bed cover it is cumbersome to refuel.
