I got em on my truck and they are so awesome in the snow, its amazing!!! They're not as good as some in mud though, but I've yet to get stuck with em. And they've worn pretty good.
Like daddy said, just watch out for the mileage hit with movin to 285's. | You left out that they're pretty much impossible to hydroplane with. Under a load, I like 'em, never a skid under any conditions. Well made, hardly any weights to balance for the life of the tire.
