If you have a tuner that is capable of making more power than stock, then the courts will argue that who's to say you didn't turn it up, and just change it back to stock before takin it in? It'd be your word against theirs. And we'll have to see how speedpro1 comes out to find out who's word they're going to take. I'd have to say that if you have it, they're going to assume that you'd use it for more than just dpf delete.
On the other hand, if there's a tuner out there that only has a stock tune, and can delete the dpf, then maybe you'd have a chance. |
