| I was always taught the LB7's were the best for mileage, but have injector issues. The LLY's having cooling issues, but if you read Killerbee's research, you can fix that. The LBZ is good power, not as good on mileage, but not bad either. LMM - same as LBZ but with emissions stuff on it.
If it were me, personally I would go with a LBZ chevy or LMM chevy with emissions stuff removed. I did some research on brands, and if you like the body style of GMC, go for it. But as far as initial price and resale value goes, Chevy takes the cake. And this isn't my opinion, this is actual numbers I got from NADA - Kelley Blue Book, etc...
