I honestly wouldnt think you should have too much trouble. Obviously you wouldnt want to rod the piss out of it, but the same would be said if you didnt have a lift in it. One of the main places you can lose drivetrain strength on a lifted truck is the u-joints. If your pinion angle is too extreme the u-joints are stressed quite a bit more than they would be if you were at stock ride height.
