| He has a Suncoast kit in his tranny (see signature). The shim kit is in the Fuel Pressure Relief Valve to allow the fuel rail to hold more pressure before releasing it back to the tank. When running a big tune it is common for the FPRV to open up and dump all of your rail pressure.
