I'll shoot ya a PM on parts, labor you will either need to do yourself or find locally.

$1000-$1200 for install of the kit is about what most charge. Here we charge $1000 to install the kit into the transmission, plus $500 to remove and reinstall the transmission. So, that should give you a rough idea of what labor should be like.

Also, you will want to run it down to the dealer and have it reset so the adaptive shifting program can start all over. Some guys have luck doing it with the EFI live, but I just send them to the dealer and have them do it. The installer may or may not do this. You will need to ask them.
