| i would highly recommend taking it to another dealer and getting a second opinion on the matter..all the symptons suggest Injectors or the Injector Control Harness and yes those are kinda expensive.
i have just heard of this recently but you may want to check to make sure you don't have algae growing in the tank and that would realy hurt fuel flow and clog filters.
not sure what else it could be.
