Oh wow thatsa tuff one! They are chromed over aluminum so Id try a sos pad on a small part and see what it does. Teh real problem is when they start to lift the chrome coating will start to peal away. You can also use some regular wheel polish.

Depending on how bad they are. For what you paid you might want to invest in getting them sand blasted and powder coated. It would be sick to see them with something other than black

Jut a quick search on the net and I saw them wheels going for $250 a wheel. Depending how pited Id say you could get $400-500 for them.
