Unfortunately, no, the old 6.5's had no chance of making power like a 12v Cummins can. I dont really know what numbers to put on their capabilities, but I do know it wasn't very high. I have an uncle who had a few of them, and still has one actually. When used as a daily driver, and not pushed too hard, his were quite reliable. Unfortunately though, every one I saw that was used as a diesel is expected to be used, puked quite early. The same can be said for the tuned up ones. They could be tweaked for a bit more power, but they broke easily.
