| The no defueling turns on the defuel during shifts. This is an option that you only want to use on a built tranny. the defuel cuts engine power back during the shift to help the stock tranny live a little longer.
The rest of the options like, added timing, added fuel, raise rev limiter, etc. all needs to be left on if you want the most performance out of the tune.
