| if i was buying another Duramax it would be a 03-04 LB7 or the LLY but like TowMaster said they had some over heating problems with the LLY but nothing major and the problem can easily be fixed.i had an LBZ but the reason i would be going with the earlier Duramax is for higher HP reasons if your wanting a fast stock truck the LBZ rocks with that 6SP Allison tranny.
