| Hmm See 20 MPG that you got before and 19 MPG that you where getting when you got home are actually pretty close to the same. The difference in 1-2mpg could be you had the truck idling for 30minutes more than before!
The one possibilty I'd see is if you where traveling and got fuel at various locations you could have gotten bad fuel. Id let it got for a few, maybe 5 tanks of gas? Then get the fuel filter changed again.
