Ya the keys are ment for adding a inch or 2 and you can still raise the torsion bars. But, for what your doing raising the bars will be fine. Also, you will still need to get a alignment after raising the torsion bars. The 270 is shorter than the 285 so I'd say they would make it fine. The only part it could rub in is the bumper valance.
