| you'll be fine as far as the truck and tranny is but some side affects are lower fuel economy and throwing the speedo off a little and it will greatly depend what size tire you go with,for instance a 265-75R16 wont hurt fuel economy and won't realy throw the speedo off but looks better then the stock tires versus a 285-75R16 looks realy good but drops you back roughly 1-2MPG and throws your speedo off by 3-4MPH.
the 285's will clear if you turn the torsion bars up.
