I never installed them but a buddy of mine did. They seem pretty easy just make sure you measure twice and cut once! Make sure you mach everything up on the ground next to the truck to make sure it will work. The hardest thing I could see would be cutting the hole in the bed. Then make sure you paint the bare metal so it doesnt rust.
