well the straight pipe can cause the egr code, thats fairly common, is your afe an oiled filter? Idk much about afe's, but if it is then that could cause the MAF code, the oil gets on the maf sensor and messes it up and it'll throw a code. Not sure about the others, but I'd bet that your edge is causing them. Clear the codes, and completley disconnect all the edge stuff. Then drive it for a while. You'll probably still get the egr, and maybe the maf code too, but I'd bet the other ones go away!! Bad edge...
