| hmmm, do you have onstar? have you tried it w/ the fuses in. my truck wouldn't take the program w/ the fuses out. only other thing i cna think of is that it's just a bad unit, you can try and go on PPE's site and update the unit and see if that helps. also is the one you have brand new? does it say on the back 01-08?
