So Icrawled under it today and started looking around shaking what would shake tapping things that wouldn't and then where the straight pipe flange is located near the engine the weld had cracked and the tail pipe was vibrating . I pulled it off fixed the weld put it back on and the noise was gone. What a relief. Thanks for the help everyone.
