| Yes the filter is an oil filter, I installed it @ about 15,000 miles and haven't had any problem with it in the last 25,000 miles. I did disconect the chip last weekend and drove it all weekend just stock, it still set all the same codes. The only reason I put the chip back on was to read the codes. |
