| Yes you will need a laptop. To change tunes you do basically the same thing that you do with the PPE except you do it on a laptop. It is actually a little faster than with the PPE. Very easy to use if you already have some tunes made. I haven't gotten to the point of making my own tunes yet, but have done just fine learning my way around the system.
