 fuel/water in oil?How fast does it blow the water off?
The way you describe it taking a dive after a while makes me think head gasket too.they will run with a blown one,but not good!!.A gallon of coolant=um,did someone mention the head gaskets...J/K the comp test after the bleed is the cheapest way to troubleshoot..Just use process of elimination,and when the new gaskets are put on,keep that dude away from the thermostats!!
