Considering Dick Cepek DC-1...

Hello!

I have an opportunity to buy a set of DC-1's, and Cooper Discoverers, to replace the stock wheels and tires on my 07.

The tires will be 265/70R17 and the wheels are 17x9.
My question is: the DC1's have an off-set of -12mm. How much will these stick out compared to the stock rims?

I know they are considerably wider wheels but I'm not sure if the negative off-set means they will stick out even more, or if they are tucked in to the wheel well. My goal is to have the tires still sitting under the factory flares. I don't mind if they are flush but I don't want them to stick out past the flares.

Thanks all!
