Breather tube blowing oil

I have a stock 2002 4x4 crewcab. blew most of the oil out the breather tube in a matter of minutes. towed it home. filled it up with oil and it runs fine with no misses. any ideas? lots of pressure in crankcase when removing oil fil cap.

1st did you just add oil or did you pull the drain plug and see if it had fuel in it. Fuel will be hard to read on the dipstick. You might have lost an injector or 2 and it overfilled your crankcase with diesel, pushing the oil out.

It might not of been a gallon and a half low! It might of had a gallon and a half of diesel in it, and that is hard to read on the dip stick. I would drain the oil and see how much comes out. You might need a 5gallon bucket if I am correct. Tiss the time of the year that more injectors start taking a crap!!!

If it was coming out of the tube at the front of the oil pan, that is usually a sign that it is injectors.

EDIT: There are also two other possibilities

1: PVC tube plugged and forcing pressure to build up in the oil pan "Not likely it would blow that much out at one time"

2: Hole in your piston, but you would also have a severe loss in power

thanks for your help.

Does appear to be an injector problem. Oil is diluted with fuel
