truck dies no code

This started when i decided to update my perfectly fine edge ejc1000 to the ejc1001 so i could have the monitor. I got the new chip in and go about 150 miles i a light snow truck dies. Pull off of the road and it restarts fine no problem about 20 miles later it dies again. I unplug my New edje juice and it runs fine. I plug it in the next day about 15 miles it does it again so i unplugged it. Called edge and they sent me the newest version of 5.2. Plug it in i go about 150 miles and this time it just quit raining dies again. This time it throws two codes p0090 and p0193. I took the chip completly out and send it to the dealership and they found a loose connection. I reinstall the edge and i put about 400 miles on it in perfect weather low humidity no rain 50 to 70 degree's outside. Well tonight on my way home from college it does it again no codes tonight is really foggy and rainy. I'm kinda thinking that maybe it is because of moisture but dont know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'M CALLING EDGE AS SOON AS THEY OPEN TOMMORROW. Thanks
I live in southern indiana its a 2002 D/A

Have you tried driving it normal with the Edge completly unpluged? Sounds like a weird problem. Id find it hard to beleave that it has anything to do with moisture but nothing is impossible.

WHen you say it dies. dose it compleatly shut off or just go into a low power/rpm mode? I would lean towards it being an edge issue since it comes and goes with the edge.

Edge products have always have this porblem for about every 5 made 3 of them are bad but they are really good at standing behind their product!

sounds odd, but like you said it has to be either the wiring in the edge or in the edge. Who knows it could be a bad soldered connection inside getting hot.
