Need Help!!!!!

I just purchased a superchips 2704 MAX MICRO TUNER I keep coming up with an error code " ERROR 038". I talked to superchips and they said i need to reprogram my superchips programmer. Then they said I need the receipt or work order , the vin, and the programmer to be sent in. The receipt is mandatory said superchips. If any one can help me with getting a copy of a work order or a receipt that would be great!

Did you buy it from an individual or store? Scenario one, ask the person if they have the invoice. If you don't have your receipt, just throw a big enough fit, and ask for management, or offer to just pay for the update(depending on cost offer to pay half.)
