Gonna be 67 soon. Spent time in Vietnam when you guys weren't even wet dreams.
Thanks for your service.
Now, both sides of this argument are being bullheaded.
yes, you have a very powerful truck more so than my stock '03, which is also very powerful. Ten years ago 300hp/520 torque was unheard of in a production truck,
Some people like to go fast though, so let 'em be. I remember when I got my truck I though it was fast shit, I'm wait to pay it off, then it's time for EFIlive, SC tranny.
You fought for our rights, and that includes what we spend our cash on.
Ive got a South Bend 3250 Dual Disk 6 ceramic button clutch in my Cummins and it shifts as fast as the stock clutch. Between shifts I go from 52psi, drop to just under 30, and right back to 52. So no boost lag on that monster. And the clutch takes being slipped off the line really well. For the $1200 price tag its well worth it compared to an Allison built to hold the same power.
yes i have to agree i had bully dog on my truck for a week i didnt even know there was a tune on it the suck badly aswel as edge i heard the eveo is good but im not saying anything till i drive i truck with it on it and can compare it to a ppe tune or evven a efi live tune

Respect
Thanks. I don't really care what people spend their money on; probably I shouldn't have teased as I did. Speaking strictly for myself, I would not risk the possibility of ruining parts of my drivetrain with these modifications and then having to pay out of pocket because the warranty was voided.
Mutual respect. I went to college in farm country (I see in your profile you're a farmer) and have great respect for anyone making a living on the land.
