Clean exhaust filter

I am selling my 3\4 LMM and buying a 1ton LMM. I had a dpf delete and Quad 2 on the 3/4 and removed it to put on the next truck and put factory exhaust back on and flashed it back to stock, now it is saying clean exhaust filter before i even started the truck. So, i started the truck i runs fine but still says to clean the exhaust filter. Do i just need to drive it or is this normal after putting the DPF back on?

did you use the quad before the dpf delete...it may have needed to regen before it was removed

I would say go drive it and let it cycle through the regen.

**Mine also did this when I temporarily took off my Quad

Reload the quad on it and force a regen. I beleive the quad is set up to manually regen the truck. Then see what it does.

The only thing is, is that you will have to drive a least 30 miles an hour for up to 20 minutes for the regen cycle to complete itself. If the filter is not cleaned in a certain amount of time, your truck will go into "Reduced Engine Power", this would be really bad.
