Check your weep hole under WP.
as far as changing WP you will need to remove the starter so you can hold the flexplate from moving. IIRC balencer bolt is 36mm nut, reverse threads. balancer must come off to replace WP.
r u serious the starre i m used to changin chevy 350 wp couple bolts and ur done i heard this is a 4 hr job
yea it is. its not that bad or a job tho. just take your time and clean and make sure everything is right cause all the pumps use a o-rings for seals not gaskets

if your good you can remove the fan without removing the starter,i wasnt able to but a mechanic friend did it.i forgot to ask him how though!
you will have to remove the TCM,fan shroud,fan,damper pulley and then you can get to the 3bolts(15MM)holding the main pump on then you have to remove 2 nuts(13MM)connecting the line going to the oil cooler! its quite easy after you have done it a few times!

The bolt is standard right hand threads-- not reverse [left hand]threads
