I know i have to get rid of my dpf too. Im pretty sure it's the veggie oil that's cloging my dpf. It's just the manual regen that's scares me with the idle at 2500 rpm. sounds like the motor is gonna blow

You have the programmer go get a piece of 4" exhaust pipe and delete just the DPF. You will have to go online and update your quad. But you can do a basic DPF delete by simply removing it.

Yeah the programmer update is easy but until i get the exhaust i have to get that dpf cleaned. Im leaving in vacation thursday for 10 days so no time for an exhaust yet.

anyone knows if it can be bad for the motor if the manual regen makes it idle at 2500 rpm?

I would say it will not hurt it. If you feel like it may be an issue try to drive it around for a while and let it do it on its own.Reset the code with the quad and then drive it

Get a quad with dpf delete and you wont mad that you have more money in your pocket from spending less time at the pump. DPF doesnt make any sense.....less soot than before but to get there you have to burn a crap load more gas?? I guess if you cant see the polution it is better..so the tree huggers say
