Unhappy water pump maham

i'm tryin to change water pump gasket on my 01 6.6 i've gotten all the way past the point were i took of the crank damper. and i'm strating to think there is alot more involved like taking pretty much everything off of the front of the motor (a/c compressor, power steering, etc... ). looking for advice on what i need and don't need to remove on this project.

Its a pretty big project, I cant remember all the details as its been 2 years but i know the one i did i pulled the rad, intercooler and everythig off the front to change, I would put a new pump in if your going that far just to be sure its not the pump weep hole leaking insted of the gasket! There are only 3 bolts that hold the pump into the front cover!

u are there, after removing the dampner, remove the lt side inner fender well, to get to two studs, in the frt. u only have 3 12mm bolts. The one that is kinda hidden can be gotten with a 1/4 swivel 12mm.. U also need to undo the two 12mm bolts that hold the by-pass in place, swing it outa way. remember to replace the o-ring on it also.
