No power and massive amounts of black smoke !

Hey guys...
i managed to get myself into a lil bit of a problem today

04' gmc 25ooHD -> K&N and Superchips performance program everything else stock !
when i went to pass someone and stomped on her and it picked up and then noting...
now theres massive amounts of black smoke everytime i get on the pedal and no power whatsoever.
No DTC'c stored or pending and the trans seems to shift and feels fine. checked boost plumbing and it seems intact.
truck has 114kmiles on her...
any ideas ??
thanks.

May not mean much but ive had problems with SuperChip stuff before. On a HEMI, i was gettin on the HWY from the ramp and went to nail it and the whole truck just kinda shut off. It was still running but there was absolutly no response in the peddle. Pulled over to the side of the road, (like i had a choice) and shut the truck off and started back up and it ran fine. Ive also heard of others with SuperChips haveing the same round a bout problem. Probabley dont do ya any good but just letting ya know your not alone.

thanks for all the replies.
i found the problem...
it was the passagers lower hose that blew off the tube one slight oversight when i was in a hurry for my docs appointment that i was cursing like a trucker while the truck was blowing a black smoke cloud like the batmobile.
i got some really nasty ass looks comming home on the highway.
Thanks all for your input, but panicked since i only had this car for only 2 days and knowing the outrageous prices on parts.
thanks again all
