I honestly still wouldnt knock it. They sell thosands of problems so your bound to have a few defects! I do sorta agree though. My buddy bought a 05 duramax with a Edge already in it. He said at first it ran fine now it shuts off and makes the truck go do all sorts of things

GOOD NEWS. I just got off the phone with edge and they are GREAT! They are willing to bend over backwards to help me and I would recommend their product to anyone. Having said that I would also recommend going with someone else if you have an 02 or earlier duramax. The problem is most likely to stem for a poor quality shielding on a crank positioning sensor wire than with the edge itself. They stand behind their product 110 % and were great to deal with.
Also I have to give props to DK diesel performance. They had a typo on their website and lost hundreds of dollars doing business with me because their web guy mis-typed a $ amount. Great customer service, fast shipping. DJ is the man over there and he will take care of you!
The vendors here are great too, and I would have kept the $ in the forum, but I was able to capitalize on a typo and that is the only reason I went elsewhere.

I have an '06 LBZ with Edge/Attitude. 1st one did not work well, it would de-fuel the engine whenever it wanted too. Not good in city traffic towing a load. The replacement unit has worked flawlessly for about 8 months now. Good mileage increase and noticeable power increase over stock. It seems that many out there have concerns with Edge, I will keep you posted if I have anymore.

I Have Had My Juice With Attitude On For About A Month Now And Just Today I Went To Get In It And Go To Lunch And No Start!! The Attitude Just Had All Zeros Across It I Wated A Little Bit And Then It Started I Think Its The Edge.

for those that are wondering what all EFILive can do,lets put it this way the sky is the limit..anything you can imagain and then some is what you can do.the only bad thing about it is it takes some time to learn but in a matter of a week or so i have played with it i feel comforable to do some tune building from scratch..

I had the same problem on my '01 I called Edge chewed some a$$ and they sent me one that has a different tune to it have had no problems since. Its just one of those things.
