I have 3.73 is this good or bad

Firestone Ride rite airbags, Bridgestone 245/75/R16's summer and siped Toyo Open Country 265/75/R16's in winter  Plan on adding a pyro and boost guage set and eventually a tuner which I am trying to find the right one for my vehicle and price range. Looking for better fuel mileage  |
